YouTubeHe got my $5. This was such a great "experiment" on his part. Buying the download directly from him kind of felt like buying local. Now that I know he gave about $1.25 of that to charity makes it feel even more right. And the show was classic Louis, totally wrong and funny.

Something for Louis C. K. to Smile About: His Internet Comedy Special Is Profitable

K. fantasized about the possibility of making “eight million bucks” through sales of an Internet-only comedy special, money that could then be applied to other projects like making a feature film or amassing a collection of really nice camera lenses.
Though he hasn’t hit such lofty figures yet for his comedy special, “Louis C. K.: Live at the Beacon Theater,” which is currently for sale only through his Web site, he said he had already turned a profit on the project.

I've officially watched every episode made up to now. There were a few standouts, but all of them were good. Something cool about this show is the tone is all over the place...kind of like life.
