Forgive me if this is pathetic, but I am a big fan of several shows on the History Channel - specifically Pawn Stars, American Restoration, and American Pickers.
So, I'm wondering if there are businesses around Columbus you know of that do similar work to those in these shows? Basically I am looking for cool places to pick up interesting collectibles and memorabilia: A pawn shop that caters to higher end merchandise or a place like Antique Archaeology on American Pickers that restores and sells secondhand valuables. Additionally, does anyone knows of a company like the one on American Restoration that offers refurbishing and reconditioning of items that people bring in.
Any ideas of stores that do these or similar things? Any store, flea markets, antique mall or restoration suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
