My "new" 110 year old house has some pretty scuffed and beaten white oak floors just waiting to be brought to life.
I'm a pretty handy person, but this is a big job (3 large rooms) and could have a lovely impact, so I'm willing to hire pros.
Anyone have anybody they've worked with they'd recommend? And what's a ball park estimate. The floors are scuffed, but don't look like they've been done frequently or recently, so there's no reason to think the wood is thin, and there is only one spot where the wood was patched (to cover an old vent, I believe) -- so I think it's a relatively simple job.
Appreciate your thoughts.
