I saw a guy just now who must have been actively trying to get on that site. Too bad I couldn't whip my phone camera out in time. From to to bottom: white fedora, Jackie O sunglasses, full beard, colorful Mexican blanket/tapestry with a hole cut in the middle (but not an actual poncho...) Tight black jeans, boots. I almost tried to push him off the I-70 overpass.

the trek thing is hilarious. i dunno sorry for the hipster hate.
i dunno, it is some of these things, it is also not any of these things, or nothing at all. most of the people that i know that may vaguely resemble some of these traits in one way or another, would find this all pretty hilarious. personally, i feel it boils down to just a sense of a marked opposition to taxonomy, or at least i hope so on a good day.
