High school students and others interested in supporting relief efforts for Japan can attend Jam for Japan, a benefit concert organized by Rotary Youth Exchange District 6690. The concert is Friday, May 6 from 7-11 PM at the Bluestone, 583 East Broad Street. Participating local bands include the Phantods, Angel Rocket, Drunk on Horseback, and acoustic guitarist Robbie Davidson. Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door and are available at http://www.jam4japan.com. All proceeds go towards Shelterbox, an organization that delivers emergency shelter boxes to people affected by disasters worldwide.
