Legal and Business Issues for Musicians - April 18 & May 2, 2010 - 3-5 pm - FREE - Jazz Academy at The Lincoln Theater
Join the Columbus Music Co-op and Tony Clark, attorney and co-owner of All Hail Records, for a discussion about important legal issues that can affect musicians including copyright and trademark decisions, internet licensing, the pros and cons of becoming an LLC plus much more!
April 18, 2010 topics include general business law topics, which include liability issues, LLC/Corporation formation and musician contracts.
May 2, 2010 topics include music and art and the internet, Intellectual Property and copyright and trademark laws.
Both sessions will include plenty of time for questions and discussion and you can attend one or both of the workshops!
