DJ Klever aka Josh Winkler was born on the fourth of July in 1977, the son of famous blues musician, Juke Joint Johnny. Josh distinctly recalls going to his father’s shows at a young age and listening him jam out on the harmonica. At the tender age of four, he received his very first drum set, a “manimall” Muppet Show kit that he practiced playing until the skins busted.

Josh spent most of his adolescence like any all-american kid: baseball, grinding curbs, and eating apple pie. He lived to sneak out at night and hit Atlanta's local skate spots where he caught a healthy reputation for his competitive spirit and pushing big tricks.

At the age of sixteen, Josh’s competitive passion for both tricks and music met the almighty turntable and Klever was born. Growing up with a hip hop background, Klever studied djs like Premier, Cash Money, Afrika Bambaataa and Jazzy Jeff for their mixing and scratching arrangements.

In 1997, Klever started competing in every local competition possible where he began practicing with the Third World Citizens - Faust, Shorty, Shotgun, Craze, and T-Rock. In 2000, Klever seized the national DMC championship title and while at the international DMC competition, he was inducted into the world famous Allies crew, which consisted of renowned turntablists Craze and A-Trak. He began traveling the globe a lot with Craze. Shortly after, the two released the cult classic “ Scratch Nerds.” Klever began to produce prominent break record’s for battle djs and producers. In 2001, Klever successfully defended his national DMC title. He then represented the states in London for the international title. Later that year, he also won the national ITF title in San Francisco.

Beyond his accredited mastery as a turntablist, Klever has developed a healthy reputation as “tomorrows dj”. Klever has established his name throughout the dj circuit for his crowd-roaring routines and mix sets. Being born and raised an ATLien, his signature style (on and off the decks) moves crowds in every direction from his roots of crunk, booty, and hip hop to the sweaty sounds of electro, dance-rock, b-more, new-wave, hard rock, and anything worthy to make you rock with finesse.

In the past 5 years, Klever has been performing his signature sets non-stop around the world (Taiwan, England, Ireland, Germany, New Zealand, Scandinavia, Australia, Japan, etc). He consistently amazes crowds and party-goers from 60 to 60,000 at world renowned venues such as Miami’s Mansion, Amsterdam’s Paradiso, NYC’s Roxy and Irving Plaza, Fabric in London, and many more.
He has released several mix CDs obtaining notoriety from culture heavy hitters such as Turntable Lab and Tablist magazine. He also two immensely popular battle break records with DJ SHOTGUN (former dj for Goodie Mob), Dirty South Breaks and Get Crunk Breaks. He has also done remixes for Cool Kids, The Carps, Kill the Noise, Steed Lord to name a few.

Not only audibly, Klever’s skills have been featured in numerous DVDs: the film Scratch (a DJ documentary awarded at the Sundance Music Festival, A-Trak’s “Sunglasses are a Must”, Stanton’s – “Step-By-Step” (instructional), “Tableturn’s - A Great Day In Turntablism”, the 2000 & 2001 USA/World DMC Championships, the 2001 ITF USA Championships, 2002 & 2003 USA and JAPAN ALLIES Invitational All Star Beatdown, and the upcoming ALLIES (untitled) self produced DVD

At a time when headline "DJs" shamelessly play pre-programmed or pre-recorded sets and the masses mindlessly embrace the charade, Dieselboy stands out as a rare veteran of the art and craft of live DJing. His focus on creating complex and unique mixes every performance have created legions of fans around the world. Very few artists mix live on three decks with more precision, intensity or finesse.

For over two decades one of the world’s great ambassadors of drum ‘n’ bass and more recently dubstep, Dieselboy, also known as Damian Higgins, is America’s most iconic underground bass music curator and pioneer. He was the first drum ‘n’ bass artist to chart a single on Billboard’s dance chart with “Invid” in 2000, and the first American voted into the UK-based Drum & Bass Arena Top 10 DJs online poll in 2004. He has appeared on magazine covers, been heard on MTV, ESPN and numerous video games, and sponsored by DC Shoes and Pioneer Pro DJ.

Dieselboy’s legacy is one of trailblazing dancefloor devastation non-stop on the international club circuit as well as at major global music festivals including Bonnaroo, Coachella, SXSW, Electric Daisy Carnival, US Virgin Mobile FreeFest, Detroit Electronic Music Festival, Summerfest, Ultra Music Festival, Shambhala (Canada), Global Gathering (UK), Creamfields (Poland), Pirate Station (Russia), Jisan Valley Rock Festival (Korea), and PHAT 09 (New Zealand). He also toured with Moby’s Area2 and played metal concerts with Orgy and Disturbed.

Dieselboy’s DJ career began in northwest Pennsylvania DJing high school dances, and progressed as a University of Pittsburgh student learning to beat-match vinyl live on college radio and playing trance, happy hardcore and breaks at house parties. His 1994 mixtape “The Future Sound of Hardcore” led to out of town bookings and his ensuing popularity and skills led to the honor of being the first American asked by a British drum ‘n’ bass label to mix a compilation (“Drum & Bass Selection USA,” 1996).

In 1997 Dieselboy moved to Philadelphia becoming drum ‘n’ bass buyer and T-shirt designer for seminal rave culture/record store 611. In 1998 Dieselboy was the first American drum ‘n’ bass DJ to be nominated for Best Drum & Bass DJ at the Global DJ Mix Awards and tied with LTJ Bukem. From 1998 to 2004 Dieselboy hosted North America’s premiere drum ‘n’ bass weekly “Platinum” at Fluid.

A passionate connoisseur of food, books and film, Dieselboy has continuously raised the bar for mixtapes and mixed CD compilations as art forms, and each from 1992 to his February 2012 tour de force “Wake The Dead” stands the test of time. State of the art showcases of producers and graphic artists of each respective era, Dieselboy’s mixes have been described as “cinematic” and “intoxicating.”

Dieselboy’s goal in creating “Wake The Dead” was “to make the most intricate, layered, nuanced, amazing drum ‘n’ bass mix ever done. Period.” In its dramatic intro (a Dieselboy signature) the narrator describes a soul-crushing epidemic of epic proportions – a thinly veiled reference to the death of the art of DJing – a theme that has resonated amongst his DJ/producer colleagues and fans and beyond.

An inspiration for generations of DJs, Dieselboy’s longevity and relevance in a mercurial industry is a tribute to his relentless drive to create “amazing” experiences for his fans in their iPods and at his legendary live shows.

Dieselboy fans praise his skills as “genius.” Says The Destroyer: “I don’t fuck around.”

Antiserum is an electronic dance music producer from San Francisco, whose originating style of West Coast bass music emerged during the dawn of the Bay Area dubstep movement. His music is characterized by the use of heavy drums, rolling bass lines, and distinct melodies, with a tight production style that gives nods to hip-hop, soul, funk, drum & bass, reggae, and metal. His live DJ performances oscillate between high-octane mixes and emotional progressions, built around new and unreleased material with a focus on high energy and dance floor appeal.

Reaching a prominent international audience through Beatport in 2008, Antiserum landed the 8th best-selling dubstep track of the year. His first tour launched in 2009 to Australia and New Zealand, which set forth a whole new fan base and realm of inspiration that brought him back for a second tour two years later. By the start of 2011, he released The Swarm EP with Rottun Recordings, opened for Excision and Downlink on first full-scale dubstep production to hit the US: the 30-show Subsonic Tour. He was picked up by Caspa’s Dub Police label with his collaborative renditions of the West Coast's own "purple" sound, featuring the tracks "Zephyr" and "Purple & Gold" with Los Angeles dubstep warrior 12th Planet and the multi-faceted ill-Esha. Antiserum’s dynamic production style has also sparked collaborations with electronic artists Eskmo, DJG, ill-esha, Noah D, Triage, Mayhem, Dubsworth, Vinja, and Babylon System. Aside from his regular live DJ performances, Antiserum has also guest lectured and performed at Ex’pression College for Digital Arts in the Bay Area.

2012 stands as Antiserum’s biggest year thus far, landing his collaborative track “Droid Prom” with live musician Dubsworth in the opening scenes of the CSI: Miami episode “Friendly Fire”, and releasing his co-production with 12th Planet titled “Ghost” on The End is Near EP by Scion A/V (including tracks by Skrillex, Flinch, SPL, and Kill the Noise). Antiserum's most recent production "Brick Squad Anthem", a collaboration with Atlanta bass music producer Mayhem has been getting huge support from Skrillex, Diplo, Datsik, Flux Pavillion and lots of other key players in the bass music world.
