I mostly posted this to make mention of the show of local HS artists which was in a gellery below Paul Robinette. I hope everyone went. I have to say - Wow. Most impressed. As we left, I commented to Elena that a big percentage of the works were superior to a big percentage of the works we saw in Asheville NC, a supposed artiste-heaven. These are the people we want to stay in Columbus / come back to Columbus.
Also, the 'gallery' owners need to take lessons from the retail shops in terms of being friendly and acting like they are actually glad to have people in their place.
The SN is definitely a fashion district. I got one t-shirt, but had to be restrained from more purchases. I think the only thing it lacks is a place for men's more formal clothes.
