I'm part of a small condo association with limited grounds but we're in need of a landscaping facelift - planning services and execution of them. Not maintenance but a company / person to make some suggestions for what to do with the grounds and then to make it happen. I'm worried that a major landscaping firm is going to be too expensive and unnecessary really. Any suggestions?!? Thanks so much.

I think Hennessy Landscaping does excellent work. I know Daryl - he's a neighbor and did some work on my yard (full regrade and reseed of back yard, added landscaping bed with massive rock features along the drive in the front yard). I think they do commercial work, but they aren't a huge company - family owned and operated - and everyone I've dealt with has been great. I had some distinct ideas about how I wanted the "boulder" project to look, but Daryl had some different ideas, and since he's the expert, I went on his advice - and he was totally right.
