Knoxville recommendations?

As things stand right now, I'm probably going to be in Knoxville most of next week for work. While I'll be pretty busy during the day, at this point I'm anticipating having most of my evenings free.

I'll be staying in the downtown Knoxville area, and appear to be just a short walk from the Market Square area. It sounds like that could be a pretty interesting area in and of itself, but if anyone had specific recommendations, I'm all ears.

Ideally, I'd want to walk or take public transit. I'd prefer not to have to drive.

Market Square is really nice, what I would want for the new downtown park in Columbus to eventually become... We had drinks at La Costa and the menu looked really good, but due to a concert that evening in the square they weren't serving the full menu and we opted to eat at the Downtown Grill & Brewery on Gay St. They have some nice refurbished theatres on Gay St. as well. I didn't get a chance to walk the downtown as much as I would like, and UT campus is a ways from downtown though I recall several bus routes between the two.
