J. Gumbo's Downtown Columbus, located at 31 E. Gay Street (at Pearl Alley), has newly expanded hours:
Monday through Friday, 11am-8pm and Saturdays 11:30am-8pm. Happy Hour is 3pm-8pm, M-F and features $3 wines and craft bottle beers including Abita Purple Haze, Abita Amber, Abita Light, Abita Turbodog, Bell's Oberon, Bell's Amber Ale, Lagunitas IPA and more. Bucket specials of any 5 mix-and-match wines or beers are $14. Appetizer plates are $5. The full dinner menu is also available. Enjoy it all on our patio!

Hours update!

J. Gumbo's Expands Hours
31 E. Gay St.

J. Gumbo's has expanded their fall/winter hours to Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

If I read the top post, it looks like they are now closing a half hour earlier than before?

Sounds right. A lot of businesses have "winter hours" where they close a bit earlier.

Fat Tuesday at J. Gumbo's

On February 12, Fat Tuesday, head to J. Gumbo's on Gay St. and 2.00 Abita Beer all day and enter to win a 50.00 gift card. You can also get 2.00 off your meal if you sign up for their newsletter to get the coupon. J. Gumbo's now has extended hours, Monday - Saturday from 11 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. You can also stop by for Happy Hour, Monday - Friday, 3 - 7:30 p.m. for discounted beer, wine and appetizers.

J. Gumbo's also offers catering. Get all of your favorite dishes and trimmings for a special event, with prices under 7.00 per person. Contact 614.469.9900 or store 15@jgumbos.com for a catering brochure. And if you order a catering package for 30 or more people between now and February 12, you will receive no-cost King Cakes. Just mention the King Cake/Catering promotion. Forty-eight hours notice required.
