A YES vote means approval of the amendment.
A NO vote means disapproval of the amendment.

Approval Of Issue 3 Has Some Worried For Their Health

BEXLEY, Ohio - The passage of Issue 3 had some people celebrating, but one man said it made him worried about his health care. Reuben Bresler, 25, tells jokes for a living as a standup comic, but he said one part of his life is no laughing matter. "I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at 17," said Bresler.
Bresler said he might have to move out of the state to receive the care he needs, but others disagree, Strickler reported.
