Someone mentioned this the other day... internet culture is starting to make appearances in real life. Sort of surreal, but does anyone have any other examples? There was one in the debate coverage last night:
And then of course there is this famous one during the hearings:
Also, Oprah gave into some comments on her forum (this is rather twisted, and definitely not safe for work (NSFW)) reciting mantras of the anonymous group (or maybe anti-anonymous people trying to discredit them?)
Anyway... anyone else heard of other examples? Not sure if its all that significant of a thing, I guess it'll happen...

I confess that I've actually said "epic fail" and "woot" (as close as I can get to pronouncing "w00t") in casual conversation. :oops:
P.S. Did they forget a space? Shouldn't the women's clothing store be "Go ogle?" :wink: (Or is that not what that even is?)

Ohmigawsh, thom, I almost peed myself when I saw that penis clip from Oprah and that was BEFORE I got the explanation to the internets. :lol: This was brought on by the whole Sarah Palin email exposure night when someone couldn't get in to Wikileaks and there was a bit of hysteria. Anyway, I didn't know anything about this meme stuff until a few months ago (I'll never get those hours back of my life, haha), but some of them ARE kinda funny. I guess. In a totally "I'm too cool for the internets" kind of way :oops:
