Hamburger wars flare up anew with arrival of Inferno Gourmet Burger

A Pickerington storefront that once housed a Graffiti Burger shop is being reopened as another burger joint. Medina-based Inferno Gourmet Burger Bar plans to open its second fast-casual restaurant – and its first in Central Ohio – at 10503 Blacklick Eastern Road in February. Inferno, which was started last July, is the brainchild of Sean Brauser, the founder and owner of the 32-shop Romeo’s Pizza chain, which has nine franchised shops in the Columbus area.
