I am of course referring to the North Star Cafe's veggie burger. I have been knocked flat on my ass by this thing. It is AMAZING. It's better than any meat burger I've ever had. Not shitty ones either; grade A ground sirloin burgers from a charcoal grill.
How does the NSC do this? It's like some kind of scientific breakthrough or something.
