I made a pretty mean pancake with chocolate chips and bacon. We also often use club soda as a liquid so they are a little fluffier.
All of these posts are making me hungry!

@berry - I'll have to try making that! Club soda - great idea! And I LOVE pancakes with bacon. A cafe in my hometown makes a pancake with bacon and sausage. Never underestimate the delicious mix of sweet and savory in breakfast.
And I think I may have to venture back to Tee Jaye's for these pancakes. I just couldn't get behind the Barnyard Buster.
