Definitely the ricotta pancakes at NorthStar...you'll crave them forever. Dangerous. And the cornmeal pancakes at TeeJayes are surprisingly stellar. The regular pancakes are mediocre at best, but the cornmeal...yowza.

I'm partial to the cornmeal pancakes at TeeJay's Country Palace.

I cook em at home :-)
They're so easy to make it's almost a shame to buy them.
Outside of that I've had OK ones at Northstar and pretty good ones and Skillet.

OH!
I made savoury pancakes with grated Parmesan cheese the other day. I replaced some of the white AP flour with whole wheat flour for fuller flavour,
I think they'd be good with some sour cream and chicken gravy on top.

Yes, Tee Jaye's cornmeal pancakes. Yum.
Tee Jaye's president Dana Sokal was asked by Jason Ohlson of The Columbus Magazine what dish she would like to be named for. Dana's response in the current Final Word column was, "I would be cornmeal pancakes, because everyone loves them."
We do love you, Dana. :]

Thanks for the plug, Patient_Zero!
My choices:
Northstar's Cloud 9 ricotta pancakes are some of my all-time favoritesBanana Bean's roasted corn and blueberry = amazing as well
Warehouse Cafe's are straight-forward but easy to love. Generous dusting of powdered sugar.
Jack & Benny's Buckeye pancakes are always a winner, too.

Cornmeal Pancakes at TeeJaye's.

How has no one said the Buckeye Pancake at Jack and Bennys? Buncha savages in this town.
Ah just saw breakfastwithnick's post. Excellent, if a character account. :D

I have to throw Zen Cha Tea Salon into the mix here. They have breakfast on the weekends and a great assortment of pancakes to choose from. From Maui pancakes to Earl Grey pancakes, Masala Waffles or the japanese Okonomiyaki. They also have musicians play music on weekends (after 11am, I think).
You can check their full menu here http://zen-cha.com/images/foodmenu.jpg

Northstar, Tasi and Skillet all have amazing pancakes if you are dining out. I am now intrigued to try Tee Jaye's though - have not been there since late nights out in high school...

Tommy's in Franklinton has the best traditional pancakes in town. By far.
