HWAP will insulate the home and fix or replace the furnace if need be. it is an income eligible program open to anyone. All people need to do it apply, here is the best place. http://development.ohio.gov/community/ocs/HWAP_LocateProviders.htm
It sounds that you are doing something a little different, which is awesome, but perhaps passs the HWAP info along to help your clients out. If you need brochures you could probably contact the local provider in the area you are working in to work with you.
