Hard to tell from the ground, but I'd guestimate 15 feet tall by 10 feet wide? Maybe a little bigger?

There used to be something like this when I worked at the Florence Y'all. It drove me insane. I don't think people will wind up having to work right next to it 11-12 hours a day like I had to, though.

I didn't mean to imply covering every blank space with LED signs. That would be a bit much. There are more than enough grey, brown and off-white blank walls downtown that could use a green wall, mural or even an LED.

Definitely no desire to turn Cbus into Little Tokyo, but a splash of color & activity here and there will help. All in moderation.
