On the one hand it's everyone's attention to the posts that give them power.
On the other, if there was something better to discuss I would think people would be doing it.
Solutions: dont feed trolls; come up with other discussions
I don't have a problem with the posts talked of here, because I typically ignore them.

I don't have a problem with the posts talked of here, because I typically ignore them.
Sometimes I am SOOOOOOOOOOO incredibly bored at work, I just start coming up with things to discuss--brain barf, but have recognized that is not necessary and have done my best to modify my behavior without being inauthentic. It is a huge challenge. I have felt SO tempted to start some threads today---but have refrained.
