I have to give credit where credit is due, to a certain she-devil who doesn't post here very much. Infusion was my idea; but I wasn't the one who remembered how good a dill infusion that we tried in NYC was. So the Kermit concoction was definitely a team effort.

Since I had some leftovers for lunch, one bit of criticism for me on the food:
Was anyone else's halibut really bony? I picked a lot of little bones out eating the piece I had for lunch, and remember a few in the piece I had last night as well.
Maybe just a result of so many of us showing up w/o warning, and having to clean & prep it in a hurry?

The one bite I had included a bone, but I found I'm not fond of halibut in the first place, so I returned to attacking the cabbage roll. :P

Just had my half of the borscht and the leftover potatoey salad for lunch, it rocked just as much today as it did last night. Great value on the food, just when I thought the onslaught was finally over, out comes another platter. Everything I tried was quite delicious.
It was nice meeting you all yesterday, it was cool to finally put faces with CU names. I'll have to wander out to these CU gatherings more often, you are all a friendly bunch of people and Paul and I had a blast.
