I was backpacking along the westcoast of the U.S. back in '01 and stayed in LA for a while at a fancy health/club boarding house. Anyway, I was using the changing rooms one afternoon having just used the heated pool thingy and saw the kid who plays Anakin in the Phantom Menace. He was there with two little friends and an adult minder.
The kid was acting like a total pip-squeak jerk, obviously aware of all the stares he was getting, running around in his jocks, squirting water at his friends and singing at the top of his voice. Then, much to the annoyance of the half dozen or so using the changing facilities, the three kids started up a wet towel fight and began hollering and scampering around bumping into people and making complete asses of themselves. Anakin ( dunno his real name ) then shoved a tennis ball down his underpants and started making grunting noises like he was taking a dump. Everyone in the room tried looking the other way out of sheer embarrassment, while the adult minder just stood there and sheepishly said nothing the whole time. I almost went over to the kid and said:
"Man, I can't believe it's you. Y'know I really f*cken hated you in that movie!"
But I just walked out.
Kids these days!
