Halliburton coming back to Ohio

Halliburton Co. plans to bring about 300 jobs over three years to the Zanesville area, enticed by the expected growth in Ohio’s growing oil and natural gas industries. The Houston-based company, which provides products and services to the energy industry, has struck a purchase agreement with the Zanesville-Muskingum County Port Authority to buy 178 acres of land about 5 miles northeast of Zanesville, in a business park developed by the port authority.
