LOL...that's pretty cool, but I had to chuckle at the green house...being loaded on a semi truck and driven to it's destination ;)

Have you ever priced one of these prefab homes??? They are crazy expensive compared to traditional stick built. Considering you're still on the hook for land, foundation and all that other stuff it adds up pretty quick.
What happened to the benefits of mass production driving cost down?!?!? They're only cheap in California where 1500 sq. ft. houses cost half a mil!
I love the design aesthetic, but in Ohio you might as well go custom.

Maybe someone could get funding and do a GREEN CONDO development--like the cliff dwellers...wow that just made me think full circle. What if we start going back to round houses in the ground and cliff dwellings such as those featured at Bandelier National Monument or Mesa Verde.
