Yeah I saw this.
I think all stores are carrying the special products (Krusty O's cereal, Buzz cola), so I'm going to stop by the one by the gateway and see if they have them.
Did any of the ones in columbus do this?
No, only like 20 in the whole country did it.
I love me a slurpee

I'm seriously wearing this for Halloween this year:

Anyone see the movie? I saw it on Friday night. Pretty funny, probably the best I could've hoped for after almost 20 years of shows. (The Simpsons is probably my all time favorite show) I thought the previews showed a bit too much though.
Anne & I saw it on Saturday morning and thought it was pretty good. They did a nice job of making it "epic" and the jokes were all pretty solid. I also appreciated that while they're weren't pushing the envelope as much as the South Park movie, they did do a couple things that they wouldn't have been able to do in the show.
All in all worthy of the hype, and worthy of $4 early-bird tickets. I'm not sure I would have paid full price to see it the night before.
I saw it on the Mega Screen at Crosswoods yesterday. I thought it was pretty good and worth seeing. Nothing to "awesome" about it, but still pretty funny. Could have used a lot more Ralph!
I laughed at pretty much 99% Homer stuff, but I do that at the show too. I have to say...and I'm kinda surprised...I actually can see people being offended at the whole "bart penis" thing. It is still primarily a kid's show, this isn't South Park, and it just felt really unneeded and kind of wrong.
I dunno. It was rated PG-13. I think most thirteen year olds can handle seeing an animate yellow penis for 2 seconds without being permanently traumatized.
I agree that it was a little unnecessary for the sake of the plot, but I'm sure the writers were looking to try to get away with as much as they could during the movie that they could not with the show. I'm sure showing Otto hitting the bong is something they probably orginally meant to do in the show, but due to heavy tv censorship, they could only imply that he's a pothead with sterotypes.
And really... half the movie's joke were unnecessary for the sake of the plot. I thought that was part of the appeal of the humor.
