Anyone have suggestions for a great place to eat in Dublin? I'm looking for a good Indian or Chinese place especially. Not a loud place, preferably. I'll be going out tonight, so any suggestions are more than welcome.

Well it's Japanese, not Chinese, but our own hungrywoolf just wrote a great blog entry about Sushi Bistro Masa in Dublin that made me all drooly. I don't have the exact link to her blog, but just google hungrywoolf and you'll find it.

Yoshi's is a great Japanese restaurant on Frantz (shopping center with kinkos, bonefish, etc). It is a nice blend of very good sushi and traditional Japanese dishes but is not intimidating like Kihachi can be for a first timer.
I have heard lots of great things about Sunflower (sawmill, north of 270) Chinese. I haven't been there for years but people I trust like it. Also Thai Orchid is in that same area and is pretty good.

I really like Sunflower too. I haven't been there in about 3 years though.

Thai orchid on sawmill is a not fancy but damn good thai/chinese option. I guess it depends on what side of the river/Dublin you are on.

+1 to Sunflower. It's been awhile myself, but the last time I went I enjoyed the food.

I'll add another vote for Sushi Bistro Masa - thought it was pretty spectacular.

I haven't been there but I have heard good things about Amul which is an Indian restaurant on Sawmill.
Can't find a website but here is the Yelp linkI've done Amul quite a lot. The atmosphere is quite strange inside, but the service is even stranger. Not bad, just weird. The food is good, but it tends to have. . .er, repercussions.
My favorite Indian in NW Columbus is New India on Bethel. They have bahjis, which are my all time favorite. Come to think of it, the atmosphere in there is pretty strange too. I guess it's par for the course.
I was looking for a place in Dublin proper because I'm going to be there at a store tonight. I'm not a raw fish kind of person, though.

Enrico's Pizza is in Dublin. My favorite in the area!

I love Enrico's too! If you want downtown Dublin - there's J. Liu's, formerly Jason's. Local restaurant has some Asian dishes but other entrees like steaks and pastas. He used to own the Pacific Eatery Chinese restaurant on Kenny Road - he sold it to branch out into other cuisines. There's also Oscar's, Tucci's and Brazenhead in the downtown area as well. If you want reliable American Chinese - there's also Windchimes - located in the same shopping center as Yoshi's, Enrico's, and Bonefish.

I'm a big fan of the AZN buffet that is across the street. Not high end asian food as it is a buffet, but they always have good fresh dishes and the service is great. I eat there at least once a week.

I certainly appreciate all the answers, but it seems odd that no one has invited me to their house for dinner.

Sunflower is great, as is J Liu's (fusion). We also really like Windchimes on Frantz. Heard good things about Blue Ginger near the Meijer on Sawmill. Never ate at Amul India, but have heard good things about them.
Personally, I'd do it in this order:
Oscar's for a glass of wine before dinner
J Liu's for dinner
Jeni's for some ice cream
Dublin Village Tavern for a couple pintsPark once, drink 4x.
