In recent years, it seems that folks feel that customer service at companies is getting worse. I order a lot of products online, and have always worried that I'd have a harder time if I had an issue without a store to show up at in person. Thankfully (knock-on-wood), I rarely have problems with products I've ordered. However, I've had 2 issues in the past year, and both were handled with such exceptional customer service, that I decided to mention them here. Problems occur from time to time, but these folks not only went the extra mile to track down and resolve a supplier issue (they are the distributors), but really, everything remained a very postive experience on both our ends.

I'd recommend these folks to anyone, and I just thought I'd share :)
