Does anyone around here have a recommendation on a grass mowing service for my rental property located just South of Clintonville?
It's a very small yard ... probably less than 2,000 sqft of grass.
Ideally I'd like to pay a monthly fee and just have the grass taken care of when it needs to be mowed.

Call Phil Harrow (Harrow's Lawn Care). He's cut my grass for the last 3 years. Good guy and always shows up when needed. He can do some basic landscaping too like mulch and weed removal. Tell him Scott Litch sent you.

I have one - got it off Amazon. I really like it, but man, the grass can't get more than 5 inches, because you'll have to mow 3 times to knock it down.
It's a great work-out, but unless you have turf-quality grass, you won't ever achieve a really uniform cut. I have a freshly seeded and regraded back yard, and it was never totally even, which is fine with me, but may bug the crap outta some folks.
