Did the snow give you a little cabin fever? We have a great way to get out, stretch those muscles, and have some fun with your neighbors.
This Saturday, we'll be working at the Goodale Park pond. What? Are we crazy working in February? Nope, we haven't totally lost it, yet. We noticed the bulbs are up around the pond, and we need to trim the ornamental grasses and mulch the beds before the bulbs get much higher.
We're having mulch delivered Saturday morning. If you can show up anytime after 9:30 and stay for a while, we could sure use the help. The more hands, the faster the work. We'll even provide some hot chocolate to show our appreciation. If you have work gloves, leaf rakes, garden rakes, trimmers for cutting down grasses, or a wheel barrow, bring them along (although we provide tools to anyone who needs them).
