If you saw and enjoyed Election, you'll probably like this. There's a lot of characters underdeveloped or just overall weak, but there's also some great stuff in there (the teacher blackmailing the student to join the club with planted pot=funny stuff).
I'll keep watching for sure.

Can you believe they aired this even though the series doesn't start until fall?
Election is one of my favorite movies of all time. I soooo have my Tracy Flick moments.

You'll see, there's some really direct pulls from Election in style and even characters. The "Grease Scene" is hilarious too.

I'm going to get one of the AV carts like they have in schools and a reeeeeeally long cable so I can wheel my TV and DVR out to the pool and watch it while I'm getting some sun to my casper butt. I think it's the only way justify watching TV when it's this nice outside.

Yuuusssss. They turned on the pumps two days ago. I've been stalking it ever since. I just walked out with my laptop and there's a good semi-shady spot that I can work and the sun doesn't make my screen unreadable. Water's too cold though. I think it might be August until it's warm enough for me. YOU PEOPLE ARE CRAZY WITH YOUR ICE WATER SWIMMING!!!

Pretty sure you are, since it's not supposed to air until the fall. I wasn't interested until I heard that it was from the creator of Nip/Tuck, and I'm glad I did.

just caught episode 4 of season 1. i know the show is fictionally set in Lima, but did anyone else notice that in the WOHN News scenes with Jane Lynch's character that the backdrop is downtown Columbus with the Broad Street bridge, Court House, Leveque, etc.... Cannot figure out how to paste the scene in here, but it is around minute 5 on Hulu.
