We're hiring some part time people to work the phones. The company sells OSHA compliance and safety training videos nationwide and the job of the part time staff is pretty simple.
1. Call industrial sites
2. Describe what we do/the current video of the day.
3. Get them to accept a preview of said video. (a free copy sent to them for their review). That's it, then the sales staff like myself does the rest. You can't be scared of the phone, as you'll be expected to make a lot of phone calls, but its a pretty relaxed environment and not what I'd really call telemarketing (business to business sales, no predictive dialers or anything).
Pay is 12.50 an hour, hours are 8-12 M-Th quickly moved up to 8-1 M-F if you are good at it (and quickly moved to no hours if you're not).
PM me if you want more details.

I was doing some reconnaissance work this morning and noticed that Groupon competitor Living Social is coming to Columbus, which is a good thing and they're hiring.
It looks like they're also throwing a $1000 hiring bonus in the mix.
About Living Social: http://www.crunchbase.com/company/livingsocial
They've raised $49 million so they'll probably be around for a few minutes.
Anyhow, I couldn't find the jobs thread so I thought I'd create a new one.
