This is a FABULOUS seminar. It is three hours long, and you learn tons about basic self defense. Especially with a serial rapist hanging around, now is a great time to take advantage of this! CoreTactix is the Krav Maga studio in Dublin, and the teachers are great and very knowledgeable.
(The seminar is fairly physical, so wear athletic clothes.)
