Franklinton Restaurant Week is back!
December 27-30, 2011!
Join us for the 2nd year as we partner with Franklinton restaurants to raise money for the United Way of Central Ohio!
We'll be partnering with Tommy's Diner, Milo's Deli, The Florentine and Phillip's Coney Island.

Anne totally beat me to the punch in making a thread! (can I just say that as an event plannery type person, this is so nice!)
Anyway! Here are all the details about Franklinton Restaurant Week next week! We have added some vegetarian options for the specials AND the restaurants have also said to just c'mon down, try their food, and you can make donations to our campaign at the front desk! We are so lucky to have such supportive community partners as we try to raise money for the United Way!
Keep in mind that the United Way helps funds things like Urban Scrawl, Go West, Art Installations, Franklinton Cylceworks and more! Help us support them!
Tueday, December 27, 2011 - Tommy's Diner (914 W Broad) will donate a portion of every Franklinton Burger and Vegetarian Gyro sold during lunch! And, if neither of those delicacies whets your appetite, you can make a donation at the front cash register when you tab out!
Wiener Wednesday is back at Phillip's Coney Island (450 W Broad) on Wednesday, December 28! Every hot dog sold benefits the campaign and if you're not feeling wiener-y you can donate at the front cash register!
Thursday, December 29, 2011, join us at The Florentine (907 W Broad) for All-You-Can-Eat Spaghetti! And, don't feel like carb loading? Eat whatever you want and you can make a donation at the front register.
Friday, December 30 we'll end the new year right at Milo's Deli (980 W Broad)! Louis Pappas will have one of his delicious and world famous sandwiches on special again this year with a portion of the proceeds benefitting the United Way!
We know a lot of you are on vacation that week so c'mon down to Franklinton, eat a great lunch, and support the efforts of Franklinton Development Association and the United Way of Central Ohio!

Bump!
Less than a week until our 2nd Annual Restaurant Week and this year we really want to encourage you to come out and try these unique eateries!
On Monday, Tommy will have his awesome Fraklinton Burger and Vegy Gyro's on special with a portion of each of those dishes going to the United Way campaign but you can eat anything and make a donation at the register this year too!
Remember, these are LUNCH specials (except for the Florentine who stays open for dinner)

Everybody have a fantastic holiday weekend and then bring your appetite to Tommy's Diner on Monday as we kick off our 2nd Restaurant Week!!
We'll be able to accept check donations this year too, just make them out to "United Way" and Tommy and the other restaurants will have a jar at the front register.
However. I really cannot stress enough how good the Franklinton Burger is. ;)

Ok! More amazing geneorosity from the Pappas family. In addition to Tommy running his special ALL WEEK at Tommy's Diner, Louis Pappas, owner of Milo's Deli, is also running his reuben special at his other restaurant, The Capitol Cafe, at the Ohio Statehouse, tomorrow too!
