Love this thread, food should bring joy!
Beef. Especially tougher more flavorful cuts cooked "ghetto sous vide" style and finished on a hot cast iron skillet. This is new for me. In the past I tended to eat much less meat in general, but I've noticed how much better I feel as I've increased my eating of (grassfed) beef.
Greens. Fried lightly in hot oil, poached or braised in liquid, steamed, or fried crispy like kale chips.
Tea. Although I love coffee and will drink it often, I generally tend to drink far more tea. I drink mostly strong breakfast tea with milk (in the mornings) or Japanese green tea (in the afternoons and evenings), but I love other styles of tea as well, especially many Chinese teas.
Fish of all kinds. If it comes from the water, I'll probably eat it. I usually prefer flavorful oily fishes and fresher is better, but I like just about everything (including preserved fish).
ETA:
Bitters and cocktails with lots of bitters. Anyone who has drank with me know of my love for Italian style Amaros and cocktails that use them. Recent love is the Fanculli cocktail with Whisky (I use 1.5oz rye, but you can also use bourbon), sweet vermouth (Punt e Mes .75 oz.) and Fernet Branca (.25 oz). It's not for everyone, but I do love it. I could see using a less potent amaro like nonino and using a less sweet vermouth for more crowd appeal.
Rye. Spicy and complex. I prefer it to bourbon, and at times even scotch.
