Flutes and Mini-Fridges? I am interested on hearing more about this new venture. :)
Theres a ton on craigslist and wow some are really expensive!
No big venture! I just don't want to use the office community fridge, it gets gross. sometimes lunches are too big to eat, and I'd like to be able to refrigerate half for later instead of trying to finish it all or throw it out.
or better yet if restarants want to make smaller meals and charge less for them, that would work too.
the flute is for B. I helped her get an awesome drum set last year from Columbus Percussion, (which CP were awesome for local and selection btw) and I'm thinking I can help her get a flute too. I just don't know anything about them.
AAAAGH, and FF's sake, Snarf, wtf am I looking at in that pic?!
If you wanted to buy used I bet you could have it cleaned somewhere like dentist office where they might have those ultra sonic baths, or whatever.
The avatar is a scene from the movie Gummo, which if you've never seen you should definitely.
lol!!

Me too. I have one in my cube. $70 (I think it was) on sale at Target.

Ah, Gummo, thanks. No wonder the pic is creepy. everytime I see the pic I think it's Darrel Hanna.
Heh, maybe my brother would clean it for me! Money isn't the problem, I just want to make sure it is a quality piece and I don't know flute.
BUMP
ok, got fridge, Target was easy. the basic white was 75, I got the stainless and black fridge for 90... anyways, still need a flute, which I've come to find out can be pretty expensive. so if anyone comes up with leads... want to buy new, don't which stores in Columbus would carry a range. would like to see in person first.
I can't believe it took me 3 months. anyways, if anyone is looking for instruments check out Sam Ash http://www.samash.com/ or Colonial Music http://www.musicarts.com/
I ended up getting a flute from Sam Ash on Morse Road. I talked to the staff about some guitars and flutes. they were very nice and helpful. I'd highly recomend them.
