I'm in search of "reviews" or any thoughts on this apartment community. Did a quick search on here and google, but can't seem to find anything useful besides floor plans.
I've lived in a decent, unique old house (renovated for 5 apartments) in victorian village for 2 years but I'm starting to really crave the modern amenities like dishwashers, in unit W/D and doors and walls that aren't a million years old if you know what I mean.
Flats on vine is really only a few blocks down the street from me, I love this area and they have like 7 units available right now. I'm going to check them out in person, but just wondering if anyone lives there now and if there is anything you really don't like about the place!
Thanks

I have a friend who lives there. The only problem with the place is if you want to have friends over to visit. They have to pay to park or park on the street on Neil past the bridge. Besides that they are pretty nice.

I've not been inside them yet, but I'd imagine that they compare pretty closely to Arena Crossing located just down the street.

I just moved into the flats on vine and honestly I love it. It is a great location and the apartment itself is open and nicely finished. All of the people I've met so far living there are really friendly and respectful. The pool is a little small, but it definitely is a nice oasis in the city. The units are brand new, and when I moved in I found a few minor issues (window stuck, sliding closet door not on track), but I called the leasing office and they had it fixed w/n 24 hours. It also feels really safe there. The only real downside is parking for visitors. I end up just picking up my boyfriend to come over because I don't want him to have to pay for parking. But as long as you don't mind the guest parking issues and can stomach the monthly rent, then I would definitely recommend it! Oh and keep in mind, the monthly rent does not include parking, which is $95 per month but you get to park in the underground garage.
