Walked by there today and the gentleman doing the work says its an outdoor bar and patio, its on the east side of the building. Looks pretty cozy.

is this just a refurbishment of the existing patio bordering Nationwide towards 4th? or a second new patio area?
either way, it's a good call.
one detail i hope they figure out. the current patio was also the home to a large smoker, which could raise the temps on the patio. a possible asset in the spring/fall, but a liability in the summer.
