Members of Consider Biking will be leading a Critical Manners ride on October 7, 5:30 PM starting at the William McKinley Monument on the west lawn of the Statehouse. The ride will be approximately 10 miles, ending at Surly Girl Saloon.
This will be a relaxed, friendly ride open to all. We have several riders who will be leading and providing guidance if you are wary of riding on road. A basic refresher of road rules will be offered by a LAB certified instructor.
We've done our best to identify a friendly route that should be pretty painless for all involved. A nice eastward tour of Old Town East, the edge of Bexley and back through the CSCC area and into the Arena District and Short North.
We'll be doing a test run later this week just to catch any issues with the route before hand.
Leave a post here if you are interested so I can get a rough head count.
