Apologies if this thread already exists - but what's your favorite cheese? Mine is caprichio de cabra, a creamy, salty, soft Spanish goat cheese, dusted in pepper. Goes great on those Armenian sesame crackers. Also goes great with apples and pears. Whole Foods carries it, and it's affordable.
I used to hate blue cheese, but I've been really into it lately, especially Danish blues. Love it with homemade peach preserves.
