Come out and celebrate fair trade with live music from Billy 2 Shoes, Steamboat and more, Saturday August 21st from 7pm-midnight at The Warehouse Music Company! Fair trade goods, local beer, and food will be available for purchase at the event. Admission is only $3 and goes to support Global Gallery's education programs.

We'll have BBQ and the Foodie Cart's Japanese Crepes at this show on the 21st! Not to mention a bona fide beer license for the good ol' Dude Locker itself!

Band lineup is Austin Steele to open (often seen at Gallery Hop), Billy Two Shoes will throw down a long acoustic set (featuring our newest members on Fiddle and resonator), then round out the night with one of my favorite new Columbus bands, Steamboat.
Bound to be a fantastic show.

All proceeds will benefit Global Gallery, and help increase the fair trade market here in Cbus. Fair Trade, in a nutshell, means that the people who make the goods sold (from crafts, clothes, jewelry, to coffee) are paid a fair wage for their work, and are not exploited. Like they are in say China, for example...
One of the more important things we need to be thinkin' about nowadays, in my opinion.

Not to mention that Billy two Shoes gives 100% of our proceeds to help feed people, via local food pantries. So any album/merch sales from this night go straight to helpin our folks in need.
We should also have some recording from a recent live show available, along with our other two albums (and one on the way).

Come on out for good times and good music!

Just decided on Elevator Xtra and Double IPA for the kegs for the show.
I'm pretty sure we can't go wrong with those two... or maybe all kinds of wrong, in a good way.

We can't wait to play. Almost as much as I can't wait to finally try one of those foodie cart japanese crepes that'll be there. Pretty sure I'm gonna try 'em all...
