Everyone has been super cool any time I've been there. I don't know about Colby Cheese on a pizza though! It can't be any worse than the taco pizza at Hounddogs! I used to love that stuff!

the guy who opened a BBB case's phone numberhelping to rectify the problem.So, in case any of ColumbusUnderground's collective wisdom is watching -- How would you fix this in your own restaurant? How would you minimize the bad press? What would you do for the customer?
My suggestion?
* Bust down the manager.
* Purchase advertising on ColumbusUnderground.
* Post a 'What can we do better' thread.
