Referring to the space that was once occupied by the Orginal Soup Man at Broad & High. MY vote would be Auntie Anne's.. Because they seem to only be found in malls, i think it's something that people would actually travel to downtown for.

Empty restaurant space downtown. What should fill it?

You really think people will drive downtown for a freaking pretzel? FAIL

I gotta be honest man, I've been seeing this f'ing add for brezelpower for like a week now and its putting a serious harsh on my low carb mellow. I"m pretty sure when I break diet I'd drive WHEREVER they are for a pretzel.

Maybe it's me, but I refuse to believe you can get a good soft pretzel from anywhere except a NYC street corner.

Anyone been yet? I think they just opened last week, right?I was at a fundraiser there last week. It's the same people who own Lola and Cinco.

Yeah, the link I just posted points that out. I was asking more about what the food is like. ;)

I wouldn't be surprised if we see a full time store from them sometime in the not-too-distant future. ;)

Yeah, the link I just posted points that out. I was asking more about what the food is like. ;)I thought that was enough of a description ;) It's like the other two places but serves burgers, dogs and fries, slightly better than mediocre. Personally not my style -but if you're craving a burger at lunch time... I'd go to Danny's Deli. If you're craving dogs I find Rad Dog or Dirty Franks and if you're craving fries I'd find Tip Top. However, I feel the same about Lola and Cinco, which seem to be popular...

Lola is popular, Cinco doesnt seem to be anymore.
for burgers, i dig Jack's.

walker - something is janky with the site, it freezes when you post and if you hit refresh, it will double post. von, i have noticed that if you just refresh the message board address in your url bar, it will load back up w/o repeat posting.

I heard some feedback from some co-workers last week. Mixed reviews. Hope to go myself later this week.

They have been restarted and everything seems to be running a bit smoother now. Not sure what caused it. There's no one thing that really sticks out as the root cause of this issue. Happens maybe once a month or so. :(
Anyway... should be ok now. ;)
