El Jalapeno, a fresh-Mex eatery that follows the build-your-own-burrito model, has opened at 2835 Olentangy River Road. It takes over 1,500 square feet of space in the University City Shopping Center.

gave this new place a try...nice decor, mediocre food. Won't be rushing back, seeing there are too many chipotles in town
