Central Ohio lawmakers hope to persuade the would-be developer of a Columbus casino to move to a site out of the Arena District, state Sen. David Goodman said yesterday.
But if the casino developer isn't willing to budge, state legislators and local officials have a couple of hammers to use against Penn National Gaming Inc., said Goodman, a New Albany Republican.
