It's not too late to enter Worthington Libraries' fourth annual Edible Books Contest, which is scheduled this Thursday, March 29 at Northwest Library, 2280 Hard Road. No registration is required to enter, but your edible entry must have a book or literary theme.
A Professional category was added to the library's 2011 contest, and although the entries were impressive, it wasn't the pros that carried the day. Ellen Wilson, an Amateur category entrant received the highest honor, Best in Show, for her edible representation of the book "Seed Soil Sun."
Check out all the contest photos.
If you choose to sit out this year, you're still invited to attend! Although registration and set up starts at 6 pm, stop by around 7 pm and let our celebrity judges know who you think should win. After the judges have made their decision, awards will be presented and the entries eaten.
