I struggle with the distinction of being innovative when the design of pedestrian foot traffic and automotive traffic is a total shit show. They had to retroactively shut down some streets presumably because people were getting hit by cars or in danger of getting hit. I've seen some close calls there.
Given that part of the core concept is supposed to be a fake walkable city, the design fails to deliver just that due to the traffic design through the premises.
It's world class because of the risk level for being a fatality. It's scientifically known that fear shuts down the brain and produces irrationality. In regards to shopping and spending, this is a windfall mindset that must be highlighted.
