Does anyone know what is going on with the space at East Village? If not, what do you think a good fit for that location might be?

Little Brothers would be a great fit for that location.

I work directly behind the old EV and heard a currently unverifiable rumor that someone was considering making a sports bar out of the place. I'm not exactly sure how a sports bar would make it in the short north. If I had the loot I'd def open up a good bar in its place. Union Station was always packed - too bad it's not still there. It was big, it was fun, it had good consumer value. Seems like a formula for success - makes you wonder why they closed it.

I heard the sports bar thing too. It's a way under-served market for the neighborhood and think it would do great, especially if they promote correctly to the business travelers here for conventions.
