I wanted to get my wife a gift certificate for a store where she can get herself some earrings. She likes the kind you can get at Accent on Nature or Byzantium, but I was hoping for a few more suggestions. Anyone like any shops around town they would recommend?

You may want to look into Ursus in Upper Arlington.
Anne Holman is a local jewelry designer who also offers a nice selection of earrings as well as other wares.

Try Collier West.

I second Collier West. If she's into funky + unique pieces, try Lou's Curiosity Shop. The CMA and Wex gift shops always have items from local artists.
She isn't local, but Karen Puckett of Sedona, AZ makes lovely fused glass earrings.
Here is a list of local Etsy sellers. I always find the BEST stuff on Etsy.
Good luck!
