There's a translation of some of the pizzas they have over in Japan... Some very unique combos!!
Pigs in a blanket crusted pizza is JUST what America needs, honestly.
Maybe Pizza Hut is using Japan as a test market?
LOL...I have to say, the idea of incorporating pigs in a blanket, hamburgers, and a pizza...well, pure genius. That may be the most Americanized food ever created.
Few of my favorites from that link:
Family Four: Tuna, corn, bacon, tomato, garlic, peppers, basil
Crab & Shrimp Mayo King: Crab, Shrimp, Mayo, Broccoli, Corn and Onion.
If I was drunk, I would definitely eat that. I may even eat them if I was sober. Neither of them can be as bad as White Castle.
I know this is pretty standard, but here is my favorite drunk food:

mmm...cheese fries.
Wha? No Roman Burger Pizza?
Hamburger, salami, tomatoes and onions topped with only the finest shredded iceberg lettuce and drizzed with mayo. mmmmmmm.
Are those lima beans on the burger pizza?
I'm not saying I wouldn't try it...
but could you imagine what it would smell like?!
they're green soy beans
in England it's always beef gravy on fries.... oh and it's good at 2 am trust me
beef gravy would be much much better than chemical cheese.
Can any drinking food beat poutine? It looks like it's already been eaten by a drunk!

At Macs in the Short North, my friends would always order a side of gravy (they knew they had it due to dishes like their Cottage Pie) with their fries.
POUTINE!

better yet, curry or mushy peas!!!
Is there actually somewhere in Columbus that sells poutine? It's one of those things I've always wanted to at least TRY, but never had an opportunity to.
(not that it looks particularly appetizing at all -- but I do like to at least TRY weird foods)
When I stayed out in Los Angeles, near Koreatown, my buddy Ian James would always take me to Tommy's, this corner burger joint. You'd drive up after drinking and get the burger below.
Also, the fries would come with cheese AND chili.

milodesc wrote back on my old stomping grounds (rutgers university) these were the drunk food of choice.
yeah, that is the choice among many osu students here at PJ's http://www.campusfood.com/restaurant.asp?restid=2324&campusid=76/url

I have burger envy.
