A friend of mine was recently telling me about this 'Dr. Sketchy Anti-Art School' that's sprung up around the country. Basically, it's a life drawing class that meets up at a local bar or restaurant. You pay $10, drink some booze and get to do some life drawing. Models are from local burlesque troupes, and they get the cash.
I was looking around their website at cities this goes on in, and Columbus is mentioned, but no link. Has anyone heard of this before? If so, when & where does this take place? I was fine arts back in college and still draw and paint in my off hours. I'd love to get to do some drop-in life drawing at a bar, and I'm guessing that I wouldn't be alone in that regard.
